I am subleasing my room at Cedar Greens this summer from May to August. Cedar Greens is located right behind Brody Neighborhood (so super close to campus) and the bus stop is only a 3 minute walk away. It is also close to multiple stores, restaurants, and etc. Rent is $575 a month, not including utilities. A parking pass is also available, if needed. The apartment is 4BR 2BA, so you’d be sharing with the unit three others and a bathroom with one (who is very clean), and apartment amenities include an in-unit washer & dryer, air conditioning, and a dishwasher. There is also a balcony, which is perfect for the summertime. Community amenities include a 24/7 fitness center, a pool, study lounges, and free Starbucks coffee & tea. There is also free guest parking.

There are three girls also living in the apartment. They are super chill, nice, and responsible. Everyone gets along well, so there’s no drama. They are also very good about paying the bills on time.
