About the room
I’m looking for someone to take over my lease since I am moving away for work. The apartment is available June 5th, and the lease ends April 30, 2024 (with the possibility of renewing). Rent is $1325, utilities are ~$30 per person.
The apartment has two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The bedroom you’d be taking has NYC views! The living room and kitchen are spacious, with additional closet storage throughout the apartment. The laundry/dryer is in the building basement.
The apartment building is in a great location in Uptown Hoboken. Within a few blocks of bus stops, Trader Joe’s, restaurants, and gyms. There is street parking or parking garages nearby if you have a car.
About the roomies
Looking for a female, young professional to take over the lease! My current roommate is a teacher and is super friendly :) If you’re interested, please respond with some info about yourself, and I can set up a FaceTime or in-person apartment tour!
