Southeast Causey Loop

The complex is right across the street from the Clackamas Town Center. Just down the street is both Taco Bell and Wendy’s. Shopping is quite convenient. The apartment is on the third floor. The floorplan in the photos, is accurate, but flipped. The majority of my apartment is carpeted, it’s only the entry, kitchen, and bathroom that have laminate. You would have your own room, the 11X10 bedroom in the floorplan picture. The bathroom. living room, and kitchen is shared. Smoking is allowed anywhere on the property, but I ask that any tobacco use be outside. Laundry and mail rooms need the key fob, which I have by the front door. You would need to apply with the apartment complex management.

About you:

• Respectful of others abilities. I have fibromyalgia, so deep cleaning is difficult for me.
• Respectful of noise levels. I’m a pretty quiet person, but if I feel bombarded by noises, I’ll ask you to turn something down in an attempt to regulate.
• Have a job. I’m working on getting a new one myself.
• Open communication (via text, written notes, verbal), I just want straightforward communication, no passive-aggressiveness.
• Respectful attitude. You’re entitled to your opinion, but if it’s going to start an argument that doesn’t affect the daily life of the apartment, please keep that to yourself.
• Respectful of personal space/time. I don’t like to be right next to someone unless I know them very well. So, if we’re hanging out, I want some personal space. Partially for mental health, but also because I’m always bouncing a leg or moving. I also like to hang out sometimes, but I also need my own time in my room.

I am the only other person that would be living in the apartment. I have fibromyalgia, so long bouts of cleaning or sitting in a particular position starts to hurt my body a lot. I do try to keep the common areas picked up after myself. I smoke cannabis to help with the pain of my chronic conditions. I’m a very quiet person, even when I’m being loud. I don’t drink a lot, but I have one once in a while. I am very respectful of personal space and time, but if you ever want to hang out, that’s cool!

I have 2 ESA cats, so I’m unsure of bringing in other animals. They are very sweet boys, but they’re wary of other animals. They’ve been living with my girlfriend’s cats for 2 years and still don’t get along. They are very affectionate, and one likes to “talk” a lot. They are very well behaved.
