Washington heights, close to the A and the 1. Plenty of grocery stores (inc Target), parks nearby. Its a quiet neighborhood, lots of nature. The apartment is on the 6th floor but we have an elevator, in building laundry (although its been broken for several months now so) its a large 2 bedroom apartment. the room is a decent size, bathroom is small and dingy but great water pressure. large living room and dining room area, lots of sunlight. One thing that sucks is that there is only one outlet per room so we have to get creative with extension cords. the apartment is old and hasn’t been renovated in quite some time, so some areas are quite dingy. not the prettiest looking place if that matters to you. But it is large and cheap, and in a great neighborhood.

Another thing to note is that I host events from the apartment every month or so. Gathering artists to share their works in an art gallery. So you have to be okay with that. Usually get around 30 people coming through and its a full day thing, obviously your room will be untouched but the rest of the apartment will be filled with art and people. .

My name is Eli and I live with my girlfriend. I am a serial introvert, so I keep to myself, I like my space and require plenty of alone time. I work from home so I will be around constantly. My gf is friendly and kind, she works until 5 and is around most nights. We like to paint, do photography, watch tv, you know regular couple stuff. We don’t have company over much, except for the weekends sometimes.
