About the room
I own a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with a 2 car garage. Depending on size of vehicle, another can park in there. Home is located in a gated community that includes community pool and hot tub. I have a nice sized yard and two small dogs, but sorry, no other animals please. I’m looking for a financially responsible, considerate, respectful roomie, who picks up after themself and doesn’t use drugs or drink heavily.
