I am subleasing my room starting august. This is a 4x4, where every room has their own bathroom and walk-in closet. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has a balcony with pool-view. The apartment comes fully furnished, with a TV, and wifi included. Rent is 1059 a month, All utilities are included in the price with no cap (electric, water, wifi). The apartment comes with an in-unit washer and dryer. Elevator available in every building. Key fobs are necessary for entry throughout the building and there is nighttime security. The amenities at plaza include a clubhouse, pool, fitness center, outdoor volleyball court, outdoor basketball court, golfing putt, and a zen garden.
There is a shuttle service that takes students to and from plaza to UCF, Monday-Friday If you have any questions feel free to reach out!
About the roomies
I have no roomies as of now . But the Property is 5 minutes from UCF, central location, close to everything.
