Hello. I am looking to transfer my lease at the Verge from the start of April or May 2023 (I’m flexible), with the lease ending in July 2023. There is an option to renew the lease beyond July 2023, however the earlier you take over this lease the better your chances of extending the lease. The place is a furnished room in a 4x4 apartment with three other guys, so you will have your own bathroom and built-in robe. Rent is $895 per month + utilities interested!

The three other guys are all very friendly and welcoming and keep the apartment clean and tidy. I am moving out because I am finishing an exchange at the end of the Spring Semester to go back home. Send me a message if you are
