I’m in search of one (1) roommate! English basement in Columbia Heights, near 14th and U St. It’s a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. Walking distance to Metro. Lovely neighborhood.
The apartment is mostly furnished already (not your room though. Couch in living room but no TV.) We can work on decorating together :) Your room has its own bathroom, pictures are shown.
I own a cat and unfortunately we couldn’t live comfortably with more than one cat living here.
Move in July 1st. Total rent is $2,235 – split between us is $1,118 (rounded up.) Utilities (WiFi, Gas, and Pepco) will be around $100 to $200 after being split between us.
The minimum lease term is one year.
