Hi! I’ve just signed a lease in a beautiful brand new 1,230 sqft, 3 bedroom one level home in West Asheville. It is convenient to restaurants, shopping, schools, parks and everything! Relax in the inviting great room with a gas fireplace, prepare meals in the gourmet kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances and island with plenty of room to eat. About me: I am a 52 year old single woman. I am quiet, respectful, and considerate. I love to stay active by hiking, going to gym, taking my dogs to the Biltmore Estate for long walks. I don’t smoke, however, I am 411 friendly. I work nights in the restaurant industry so I am around during some days. I keep my home clean but I am not militant about it. I would like to find a roommate who is like minded and ideally works a nine to five job. The room is furnished and it has it’s own private bathroom. I have two small dogs. Mr. Magoo who is a shih tzu and his ride or die, Mildred is a chihuahua/pug mix. They are little seniors who love all animals, cats, dogs of any size.
