I have a fantastic room for rent that includes an attached bathroom, lots of closet space. And it’s ONE BLOCK FROM THE BEACH. This is a two story townhouse style home with ocean views from the second floor common space.
The apartment is large with 2 identical “master bedrooms” on the first floor, and large open common space with deck and kitchen plus half bath and washer/dryer on the second floor. I’m around 40 years old, professional that is quiet during the week. Looking for a great roommate to share this amazing place with.
It includes a wood fireplace, washer and dryer, and balconies on the front and back of the space.
$1840/month plus deposit, utilities split.
