This is a custom built home in old town Gonzales. There’s two living rooms, once with a fire place, & another with an attached dining room. There’s also a bookshelf in the living room with the fireplace. The kitchen has an electric stove, dishwasher, oven, & decent sized refrigerator. Loads of cupboard space also. The house has a spacious floor plan as well. There’s 3 bedrooms & 3 full bathrooms.

Hey there! I’m a 30 year old single male who has owned this beautiful house since 2015. The house has super easy access to 101 north (15 minutes to salinas) & 101 south (5 minutes to CTF/Salinas Valley State Prison). I’m a fun/easy going guy who enjoys my work (I’m usually at work), sports, bbqing, & outdoor activities, a nice glass of wine, cold beer, & great food. I’m also very laid back, & looking to rent the room to someone who’s just as chill. Once we meet I’m open to talking about overnight guests & overall house expectations (very minimal).
