You will have full privileges of the house. Washer and dryer. Use of all appliances, dishes, pots and pans. Carport parking. No storage available. I like to keep a quiet place. Please be respectful of all roommates. Please pick up after yourself. I have a nice relaxing backyard. Amenities in this mobile home park include pool, Jacuzzi, workout room, Saunas, pool tables, pingpong table, volleyball net, basketball and tennis court. A very quiet community. The place is only a few blocks away from the Levi’s stadium, highway 101 and 237 Expressway. Lightrail is within walking distance. I prefer a non-smoker, non drug user. No pets. There is 2 cats that live here. One stays in my room.
