1-2 rooms upstairs in a Great quite location in a Single Family House with off-street parking and a fenced in backyard with garden area and fire pit. 2 separate bathrooms, one with shower/tub combo upstairs and just shower downstairs. I would prefer to share as I like to take baths every now and then to if possible. The two rooms are both upstairs and share a living space along with the shower/tub bathroom. Shared kitchen, dining, and living room as well. Washer and Dryer located in basement as well for convenience.
