Street parking in Quiet neighborhood, just a 10 minute drive to the beach and walking distance to Trader Joes, Target, and Starbucks. Utilities (electric,gas,wifi) INCLUDED in price. Single Occupancy Only Major cross streets are Beach Blvd. & Ellis. 420 friendly. Looking for someone long term, short term will work as well, but price will be higher. One month deposit, but can work with you on price. Room will be available November 1st 2023.

A little about me, I’m easy to get along with. Like to keep the common areas clean and clean up after myself, but not a neat freak. Looking for someone similar. I have a sweet small 13yr old dog who loves attention and sleeps most of the time. Unfortunately she doesn’t get along well with Larger breeds. I like to be social and also enjoy my alone time to recharge. I would like for use to get along and socialize here and there, but don’t have to be best friends. If you’re the type to keep to yourself I respect that as well.
