Hello! Gay couple here looking to Rent our spare bedroom in our 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom apartment! We both work full times jobs and love to keep a clean environment as well. Realistically if we are living together we will interact with you! Lol. We are social! However we respect space and privacy. We do go out and enjoy the Atlanta Night life from time to time. May occasionally have family or friends over! There is already a animal in the home who is a service dog! She extremely friendly and house trained as well, and you don’t have to worry about a consistent barking dog. She is a guard dog as well!!! And has been trained to be such! She only lets out barks if a knock is at the door and someone is too close to a window (maintenance). So we are very understanding that people have lives, and we have seen some very odd and “children restriction” rules on other ads! So this is our HOME RULES: ***your business is your business and we don’t judge however!!!!
