I have a three bedroom ranch style home, one bathroom, larger, fenced in backyard close to the freeway exit close to shopping and close to the transit or bus line. I live on a dead-end street very quiet neighborhood. There’s only one rental house close to me. Other houses are all owned.

Myself and one other lady that lives here we are both 65 and I would prefer the older women no men 55 and older it’s OK I have a small pet around 15 pounds and a cat I work myself out of the house The laundry is in the garage some storage for you in the garage. You’ll need to buy and prepare your own food and pay for your own telephone.
