Located 5 minutes walk away from the Capitol building with a gorgeous, South-facing view to match as we’ll live on the top floor of the condo building (I’ve also walked there many times during my lunches) and a 5 minute scooter/car ride from 6th and Congress, the location can’t be beat. You’ll have access to the UT campus across the street, gyms, coffee shops, and restaurants along the drag and in the Downtown area.

Your room has ample sunlight, will be fully furnished, and has a clean, modern ensuite bathroom. Your living room will be clean, cozy, and great for entertainment with the 60“ TV, and while the kitchen is tidy, please make use of all the utensils provided as necessary.

As your roommate, I can guarantee a clean, respectful space for my part and I am a strong believer in sharing ground with one another in communicating our living needs, as adults should when sharing a home.

My work week routine is the following: Wake up, do my personal work (I enjoy reading and writing on the couch in the early mornings), make coffee, go to work from 9 - 6 PM, go to the gym, eat my meal prep, watch TV on the TV or in my room, and sleep. If you work at home, you will probably not notice I exist until I go to make lunch in the kitchen. I prefer cooler temperatures for sleep (67 degrees), however, I am very willing to compromise on sleeping temperature and timing so if this is a dealbreaker, please let me know.

On weekends I enjoy going out for walks, meeting family and friends, and generally just being away from home half the time. I am happy to make friends, but if you prefer to remain acquaintances, that is completely fine with me as well.
