I’ve been in this community for two lease terms now! There are small annoying things about it but based on the reviews I’ve read while apartment hunting it’s not bad at all! It’s small with just 6 buildings, a pool, and a fitness center. Two bedroom, two bathroom, bar, garden tubs, top floor (3rd) with vaulted ceilings, no elevator. Safe area. Application is $75 and your deposit will be conditional based on the leasing office. It could be $0, it could be way more, just depends on your history!

You would live with me! I’m chill and keep to myself for the most part. I work a lot and don’t have guests over often. I won’t mesh well with someone who needs to invite friends over every week tbh! But I’m open-minded, dependable, respectful, and considerate.
