Great location (10 mins from campus), $520/month + $75 utilities. Screened-in back porch, amazing front porch (you can see the whole city!) Deposit is $1440 and includes first and last months rent and deposit. We need one girl/afab person to move in on August 1st. Me and one other have lived here for a year with 0 problems, good neighborhood and great landlord. We have 3 cats (including new roommate’s cat) and pets are an extra deposit and monthly pet rent of (i believe) $15.
