I want to rent out a living room, from a 1 bhk apartment. Kitchen and Bathroom will be shared. Suitable for students/ working professionals who need a play to stay. Wifi and water included, electricity have to be split depending on usage. Parking is available. Area is nice and clean. Few mins from highway, and 3-4 mins walk to nearest park. Currently, the living room has carpet, you can bring your own mattress. Kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave and small dinning table.
