Must be drama, free, clean, with a stable job and professional. Must be able to follow house rules. No overnight guest during the week, weekends only. No parties / social gatherings, drugs, smoking, etc. 1 dog ok, no cats, must be a behaved dog and get along with out 5 year old Husky/German Mix. Must be okay with shedding of our dog; however, we are really clean and vacuum every day. Will give a $50 discount off rent if you are willing to walk our dog when we are not home and will also discount rent if you are willing to dog sit if we go on vacation or work trips.
