Samantha's room

Semi-private bedroom since it is located in the basement and away from the other two bedrooms. Your own bathroom right outside the bedroom allowing you to block off the hallway with a tapestry or curtain to make it more private. House is located in the Southeast side of town super close to 24 hour fitness, Sprouts, Ulta and plenty of restaurants. Fully fenced in the backyard great for hammocking and a shed open for storage.

Two other roommates in the house, one male and one female. Both have a cat, so adding any other animals is probably off the table for now. Both individuals are 420 friendly and outdoorsy.
