A private bedroom is available in a 3-bedroom, 2-bath house in the quiet Nentego Woods neighborhood. Exclusive use of the guest bathroom. Off-street parking. The front yard is fenced in, and there is a small backyard with a pool. The rent listed includes top-notch high-speed internet and all utilities.

We are a small of 3–myself, my husband, and our 5-year-old daughter. We have five cats. I teach at SU and work from home most afternoons. My daughter is in kindergarten during the day. Sometimes, she will have friends over. We are a pretty laid-back, quiet, and fun-loving household. You would need to be comfortable around kids and cats (we are all friendly, and none of us bite). I would be willing to consider 1-2 small pets, depending on their temperament and how well they get along with the current household critters. :-) For the most part, we can be pretty flexible with lease length and move-in/move-out dates.
