About the room

Less than a mile from the metro with a bus stop at the front of the community. Biggest perks are the loft, rooftop terrace, and 2-car garage with two off-street parking spots. The house is a little over 2300sqft so very easy to have your own space and be separate from other housemates. Can provide furniture as needed or you can being your own. Property is 4 stories so must be comfortable with stairs. Huge kitchen. Living Room also has a treadmill and a stationary bike.

About the roomies

Currently there are three female housemates between mid 20-30s as well as one young cat. All are quiet, introverted, love reading, playing video games, and playing with the cats. LGBTQIA+ friendly. The house is smoke and drug free and will stay that way, and one is afraid of dogs. Neither bring company over but the house has plenty of room for entertainment (and space to separate from each other)!
