Lgne and water included long term residence are welcome. Close to food and there is a park nearby. Pets are allowed for a small fee of 40$ a month. You can choose to buy your own food and store in the refrigerator. If u choose to have guests over that’s also fine. I have in unit washer and dryer. There are two rooms you can pick from on arrival

I am a single woman living alone so I prefer another woman as a roommate but couples are accepted. I currently have 2 ems animals which include a dog and a cat.
