Hello, I am a single professional mother of three who owns a three bedroom townhome in Camarillo the beginning of the New Year! I am looking for a responsible female to rent a room. You would have your own bathroom, and have kitchen privileges. Basic utilities are included, plus wifi. There is a community pool and I am close to freeway, shopping, and CSUCI. Non smoker only. You have to see to appreciate. Lets talk and see if we “click”. Message me with any questions. Yes, there is a contract and a yearly lease is preferred but can do a monthly lease (minimum 9 month stay). Do not want a short term renter. I do have a small dog/kitten. Surprisingly my place is pretty quite, clean and friendly and i would live here if i was looking (not trying to be bias here lol). In order to hold room (after viewing it) is to pay the deposit of $500.00. It can be furnished or unfurnished.
