Cynthia's room

Our private partially furnished studio is located in a quiet West Sedona residential neighborhood close to the Thunder Mountain trailhead. We are seeking a responsible, clean and mature individual for a one person occupancy for a 6 month term with option to renew. The renter must be employed and provide proof of income. The 400 square foot studio has a kitchenette, mini split AC and heat, stacking washer/dryer and private patio with Red Rock views. Two friendly golden retrievers already live here so please no pets or smoking on premises.

We are semi-retired health professionals grateful to be living amidst the Red Rocks full time since 2017. Our two sweet Golden Retrievers keep us busy hiking daily. We enjoy gardening and making our surroundings beautiful and aesthetic.
