Renting out an unfurnished room on the second floor of a beautiful 5 bedroom home that has its own full, private bathroom. Its in the very nice suburb of Eastlake (Near mall, grocery stores, and bus stops). Has own parking in front of the house, along with access to community pools/Jacuzzi.

I’m a fresh father in my early 30’s who’s renting out the rooms of his house. Currently have 3 other roommates, with the Master kept for myself. Other roommates are three males (ranging from 26 to 45 years of age) who keep to themselves and work during the day, but aren’t shy to some socialization! We currently split the bills evenly, which are usually between $70 and $140 depending on the time of year.
