• The rules - No drugs of any kind. No smoking or vaping. No pets. No shoes in the house. No overnight guests. Room for rent is for one person only, no couples.

Security deposit is $500. Utilities are not included in rent, they would be split evenly, which include water, gas and electricity. Proof of income will be asked for.
