Hello Everyone!

I like to provide a calm, quiet, safe house for us all. So please take a look at some details below if that interests you. Currently it is myself (m/33), the owner, in the house.

May 2026 Update* I’ll be on a trip without service for a little while so I’ll respond to your messages when I return. Thanks! Room is available the last week of May.

Your Room: Newly Furnished incl. Queen bed! Now has AC! You’ll have new luxury vinyl floors, handmade oak base boards, blackout blinds, and a ceiling fan w/remote. Closet has mirrored slider doors and built-in shelving with two clothes hanger pipes. Great natural light through the recessed window.

Bathroom: Your bathroom will be entirely yours, though I do expect it to stay presentable for guests. Entire bathroom was redone in 2022.

Kitchen: Cabinet space is provided for your kitchenware. Also included is a dining set of (4) glasses, (4) large plates, (4) small plates, and (4) bowls, silverware set, sauce pan, large pan, and pot (see photos for all items). A coffee pot, crock pot, toaster, food processor, microwave, and other items are here and available to share.

Parking: The house is across from a small park, so parking is never a problem. Plenty of street parking immediately in front of the house is available. Plus, I think it is relaxing just walking out of the house to the park instead of just having more buildings across the street.

Storage: Some kitchen and hall closet space is reserved for you. Some attic space is also available.

Considerations: The house will be calm and quiet, and not the life of the party. Cleanliness is important, especially in the common spaces. No Pets. No smoking/vaping or drugs of any kind.

Hello! My name is Mark and I have lived in Camarillo for about 12 years. I served in the Marine Corps after high school, then graduated from CSUCI with a business degree. I currently work for the Navy at Port Hueneme and am a Search and Rescue diver for Ventura County Sheriffs Office. My general hobbies include hunting, fishing, and woodworking. I bought this house in May of 2022 and have completely redone the bedrooms, among other projects. Thanks!
