I’m looking for a roommate to take over the lease anytime in July since my roommate is moving to NYC. It’s a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in Harbor Point, Stamford so you would have your own room and bathroom. Laundry is in-unit and the building has a pool, gym, bbq area, front desk, and a parking garage. The train station is a ~7 minute walk, rent is $1,800 including fees, utilities, and parking. The bedroom will not be furnished, but currently fits a queen bed, 2 dressers, a desk and a side table.

I am a 25 year old professional working from home. I love to watch movies, have wine nights, go to breweries/wineries, go out with friends, do yoga, take long walks, etc. I am also very organized and clean. The living space is furnished but I’m open to selling/buying and changing things if needed! I also have a little 13lb poodle mix dog who is very friendly and loves people. I would prefer not to have any additional pets in the apartment. Let me know if you have any questions!
