It’s lively with children and families during the day and quiet at night. Built in 1912 this historic beauty offers 2,000 sq feet of space, a formal dining room, library, portico, living room, plus four bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has lots of charm and character with unique hand crafted designs and moldings, a fireplace, original hardwood floors and stained glass windows. The amount of love poured into the creation of this structure is evident and the atmosphere is an experience in and of itself. Includes a large basement with washer/dryer and plenty of room for storage as well as central heating and cooling. A deposit is required equal to the first month rent. The rooms come fully furnished and are tailored and designed to accommodate your needs. For one that appreciates building community, eclectic architecture, design and lasting connections, I’m fortunate to share this sanctuary I call home.
