Hi everyone!

I’m looking for someone to take over my room for the summer, anywhere between May 20th - August 26th. Even if you only need it for a month, I’m willing to work with you, just wanna save some money since I’ll be living somewhere else.

• Rent is $700/month including utilities
• Furnished since I’ll be leaving most of my furniture but we can discuss if you want to bring your own
• You will be sharing a bathroom
• Located in a family home in Granada Hills, 2.5 miles away from CSUN
• Kitchen use allowed
• No laundry machine but there’s a laundromat nearby
• There are dogs inside the home
• Bus stops nearby if you don’t have a car
• TONS of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, walking distance
• You MUST be female
• The landlord needs to meet you
