I am a Christian woman seeking a Christian female roommate who is very clean, neat, friendly and drama free. You will have your own room, but will share the guest bathroom. Please understand that you are only renting a room and you’re sharing the guest bathroom. Any and all items of yours will have to fit in your bedroom. Which includes, any types of pots and pans, dishes, furniture. Decor, etc. No pets! This is not a situation where it’s half mine and half yours. It’s my condo and you’re renting a room. This is a month to month rental and you will have to get a PO Box.
