I am friendly and enjoy a nice conversation when time allows, but I also value a calm and respectful home environment. The household is generally quiet and low-traffic. I do not have a lot of people over, although I may occasionally have a guest or family member visit. It is best suited for someone who wants a peaceful place to relax and recharge.

There is one other tenant in the basement who is rarely home, typically out 6 days a week from approximately 7 AM to 9 PM, so the space usually feels quiet and uncrowded.
