This Lincoln neighborhood charmer has 4 private bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms in a 2900 square foot living space. Most of the shared rooms are furnished. The home also has a beautiful yard with a back patio and a nice neighborhood to walk about. It has a large driveway to park your car.
This private bedroom is on the second floor. A few feet away is a shared full bathroom.
Terms: All tenants are on a 1 year lease. Each tenant is responsible for there initial refundable deposit, rent, and a 4th share of all household utilities bill including internet. This is a non-smoking, non-vaping household. No pets allowed.
About the roomies
All female tenants are either retired or professionals. We have also had college students as well. All tenants also share basic cleaning duties. We encourage all prospective tenants to meet the other tenants to get a feel for the place they might call home.
