Rent is based on room. Utilities are split evenly. Washer and dryer in unit. The property management company is Block and Associates Realty. Block and Associates charge a $90 application fee and a roomate change fee. The roommate change fee will be paid by me. The deposit will be $550 which will be paid to me because the deposit for the property has already been paid. The room’s rent is $590 + $15 tenant benefit package which includes renters insurance and air filters for the house, it’s mandatory. Hedingham neighborhood includes a pool, golf course, and workout facility. There are no pets allowed on the property per landlord.
