Looking for someone to share a 4 bedroom/2 bath house, in Dayton, Nevada. The house is 20 min from Carson City, 10 minutes to Virginia City, and 35 minutes from Reno. I prefer to rent to someone who works locally and has Nevada identification. I also would like someone who would be ok with my dogs in the house while I work. I would be ok renting to someone with a dog, depending if gets along with mine. The private room is furnished with a king bed and desk. You would share the kitchen, living room, and laundry. Wi-fi, basic cable and utilities are included. The back yard is spacious with a large deck and gazebo. Available on May 1st. I am asking $600/ mo. On a month to month basis. I will need first and last month’s rent to move in ($1200 non-refundable), plus $200 (refundable) pet deposit, if applicable. I will only respond to serious inquiries!

I am a 50+ female with two black, female labs. I work Monday-Thursday and am out and about most weekends. I am fairly easy going and enjoy spending time outside in my garden or at the hot springs. I also like to make time for yoga and barre in my spare time. Since there are females living in the house, I have installed cameras outside the house for extra security. There is a family male family member occupying a spot in the backyard for his RV. He has access to the house to do laundry and help with my dogs.
