Here’s a few details: ⁃ Private bedroom and private bathroom outside your room ⁃ split rent between yourself and the roommate, your half is $1,238. Split utilities around $80 in total ⁃ Lease ends on December 5th with option to renew ⁃ Must be approved through leasing office

• Your own parking spot close to the apartment ⁃ Quiet and friendly area ⁃ Less than a mile from Grocery Stores and Restaurants ⁃ Laundry onsite
• Pool onsite ⁃ Secluded area but not far from the city!

Hi! I’d be the roommate 🙂 I work full time, and stay pretty busy. I love to cook, take after my cats and read. It’s super easy going here! Just looking for a roommate around 30, pet friendly and sarcasm loving. I love playing games together or just staying in bed reading. Rent, again, is split as well as utilities (usually no more than $80). It’s peaceful and respectful here. I welcome anyone that loves animals! I have two cats personally and they are the sweetest! So you must like cats!
