About the room
1 bedroom available in a 3bdrm house! (3rd bedroom is an office), I’ll be your only roommate. Fenced in yard for dogs, fully renovated with new appliances, pikes peak and cheyenne canyon views from kitchen and yard. Note pics are from when I bought the house. $800 gets you the spare bedroom, I use the 3rd as an office. Shared bathroom with me. Note I have 2 dogs so I’m open to more dogs as long as they are socialized. They are not good with cats so no cats.
About the roomies
I work from home, go to the gym, read and backpack a lot :) I can keep to myself or we can adventure together for a hike coffee or art museum.
