Filbert Street

Seeking: One Roommatee for an open room starting 5/1/23 - North Beach I am looking for someone to start a new lease with a friend and I 5/1/23 to move into an apartment on Filbert Street in between Grant and Stockton. I am looking for a commitment through the end of the year at a minimum. The room will be open later this month so earlier move in is possible as well. The apartment is a 3 bed 1 bath and is fully furnished apart for the room for rent. It is a block away from Washington Square Park and North Beach bars and restaurants. Also walking distance to Downtown/Financial District. Each room is large enough to fit a queen-size bed, a large wardrobe, has a closet, and space for a desk. Your rent would be $1,200 plus utilities (water, gas, electricity, internet), which come out to roughly $100 total. I work full-time and typically do not work from home. I am clean and typically do not have late nights. I am social and occasionally have our friends over; we also appreciate and respect our own time/privacy.
