About the room
This is not just a room to rent but a house. It is a 3-4 bedroom house and there are two of us renting now, you could be the 3rd. We all have our own private room and bathroom, the rest of the house is open. There is another small room, that can be used as an office and can be your space also, like two rooms for the price of one. There is a nice backyard and plenty of space inside. We are close to DTC, Arapahoe Rail Station and I 25. If interested you can see it in person, just let me know.
About the roomies
There are two males ages 58 and 67 in a relaxed atmosphere. We both work and I like to grill on my days off. I treat the house as my own and keep it clean and maintained. I am looking for someone that will fit in. Responsible, working and mature person.
