About the room
3 bed 3.5 bath house ocean views and can walk to the beach I have two rooms for rent, for some reason everyone is moving back in with their parents or San Clemente is too south or too north for everyone else I know. Current roommate moves out may 1st. One room ( walk in closet and own bathroom is 1400) room two (own half bath with big sliding door closet 1200)
About the roomies
My work season is March to October so I am mostly gone during that time, but for when I am home I do enjoy going down to the beach or out for a drink.
