I have 2 private rooms available w/ shared bathroom -$650/month + utilities $500 deposit + first months rent required at signing. Lease length is a year but can be changed to fit needs.

Rooms are available starting may- june2023 Street parking available! Washer & Dryer in unit, utilities are split between all tenants.

Condo is less than 2 min away from grocery stores, coffee shops, vasa, travelers mountain and fast food places.

I am 25 years old. I work a lot so will hardly be home through out the day. on my free time I like to go to the gym/stay active, play video games, go out from time time, and cook. I am the home owner of the condo but I am pretty laid back, quiet, and will hardly ever bother you.
