Condo in IronRidge Gated community with lots of amenities just above Foothill Ranch in Lake Forest. The Entire first floor is yours, including a private room, private bath, personal AC, room exclusive private patio, and lots of inside storage. Internet and Utilities are included and you also have access to the community pool and clubhouse, as well as a personal washer and Dryer and fridge (in garage). Consider it your own apartment less kitchen. This is a short term rental. Could be as short as 3 months or up to a year. Rent is week to week (furnished) or month to month (furnished or unfurnished) with 30 days notice. All Construction is now completed (no more noise)! Singles or couples welcome.

Professional in his 50s working at same manufacturing company last 30 years. All 3 Kids (ages 16-26) were here for summer but that was a rare treat. Usually just one for summer n Christmas but no one will go downstairs as you have double padlock to garage entrance. Likewise, no reason for you to go on 3rd floor (2 bedrooms and our laundry room on 3rd). I travel for work each month and go to Ohio one long weekend each month. I Leave for work around 7am and Return in evenings during the week around 8pm. Any other info to help you decide, just ask. Thanks Lj
