About the room

AVAILABLE NOW FOR IMMEDIATE OCCUPANCY For rent:

A quiet, clean, and comfortable completely furnished private bedroom. The property is located in SW Lehigh Acres right off of Sunshine Blvd. & SR 82.

Included in the rent payment are utilities and Wi-Fi. Included in the room is a Roku Smart TV. ( Free Cable tv via YouTube TV).

If you are a smoker, there is a screened lanai, or inside of garage are smoking areas.

You will have access to a full bathroom (located right outside the door to your bedroom) with a shower and tub. This bathroom is shared with another tenant. You will have complete access to the kitchen cooking appliances, and washer and dryer usage in the garage. There is a swimming pool in the fenced-in backyard you would be welcome to use if you wish to do so.

FYI: We do have several cats and a small dog. All are friendly towards people and other animals.
