This is a fabulous and incredibly safe neighborhood. The home is clean, neat and smells great. No pets and no smoking. Renter will share a bathroom with my son who is an EMT and in school to be a Paramedic. He has finished Fire 1 and 2. He is a GREAT kid….super kind and respectful. He would like a like-minded “roommate” next door. Access to kitchen, laundry on site. We have a great home. It’s 4 beds and just my son and I live here.

My full time son is a student and very quite. I work constantly and my mom occasionally stays downstairs. We are very family oriented. No drugs. No loud music. We want quiet full time workers or students who need a safe, quiet room to study and sleep.
