Room for rent in a Beautiful home and city. Looking for a single person, no kids or dogs(sorry), who is either a full time student or works full time. You will be sharing the house with two men in their late 20’s.

There will be occasional get togethers on the weekends, but guests will generally be kept to a minimum.

Lots of space in the house, HUGE yard, washer and dryer, and a fully furnished kitchen.

Roommates have equal access to all amenities. We keep a clean and calm household, and generally are away most of the time, and only home for rest/recharging.

Located in the Mission Oaks area of Camarillo. This remodeled home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living rooms, and a big court yard. It is a very unique property that is unlike any other. The house receives abundant daylight and has beautiful sunsets with great view of Conejo Mountain while you’re sitting inside.

A $1300 deposit along with first months rent is required upon approval of credit and a background check.
