Hi :) We are looking to sublet the back portion of our home to someone who is employed, has a steady monthly income, is courteous and kind, and is able to pay monthly rent on time.

You would have your own private gate entry, private door to your sublet unit, private bedroom, private bathroom and a small, cozy foyer area when you enter via your private door to the sublet unit.

We’re asking for $1280 as the monthly rent, while also asking that you also pay a security deposit of $1280 as well, which you’ll get back when you move out later, minus any standard cleaning fees and costs to repair any damages, if any. The term would be for 12 months. The rent amount includes utilities, so you won’t be paying extra. (No kitchen access but you can set up your own temporary sink and gas/electric burner in the back if needed.)

We live in a quiet Santa Clara neighborhood, near San Tomas Expressway and Homestead Road, and are very close and walkable to the Santa Clara City Library, the (Santa Clara City) International Swim Center, (Santa Clara City) Central Park, tennis courts, Safeway, shopping plazas, within just several minutes.

The closest freeways are the 101 (north of us) and 280 (south of us), both relatively close within a few minutes drive.

We’re a nice couple living in the front portion of our home and keep to ourselves. :)

This sublet is ideally for an individual, but if you are two people, we can consider, but the monthly rent would be more.

We’re a senior couple who owns and lives in this house. We created a separate space of the house to sublet out to any nice, warm-hearted individual. :)
