I have a five bedroom four bath home that offers two bedrooms with an adjoining bath on the other side of the house, as well as all the loft or frog with its own bathroom above the garage.
Two rooms with a shared full bath. One room has a queen bed 11 x 12 or approx 132 sf, dresser and nightstand. Room two 10.5 x 11.5 or approx 120 sf. and unfurnished. One room (frog or loft) with private bath 11.9 x 15.10 approx 175 sf. and unfurnished.
Looking for neat, clean, responsible person(s). Up to three rooms for rent. Adjoining two bedrooms and bath is $800 per month. Loft with bathroom is $800 per month.
About the roomies
I live in this home by myself with my two rescue dogs, one a Springer spaniel and the other is a mixed golden. My two dogs love people, but are not pet friendly with other animals.
